As a local lodge, we are part of the California-Hawaii Elks Association along with over 150 lodges in 19 districts throughout the two states.
Members gather for lodge meetings, meals, a friendly game of pool or even an occasional look at the night sky after a day at the Trap & Skeet Shooting Range. With annual events such as the Chili Cook-Off, Rib Cook-Off, Easter Egg Hunt for the Kids, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations, Scholarships for local high school students, Memorial events, Veterans Dinners, and more, we invite you to get in touch with us to see about membership in the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. Fill out the subscribe form on the right there, and we’ll keep you up to date. Don’t live in the area and would like to check out a local lodge? Find a lodge near you here.
By size, Mojave Lodge is considered a smaller lodge. Many of our members live in other parts of the country due to the nature of employment in our area. However, we are blessed to be surrounded by forward-thinking companies such as Mojave Spaceport, Scaled Composites, Golden Queen Mining, and Edwards Air Force Base. Just down the road, we also have Pete Knights Veterans Home providing residence to some of America’s finest servants.
You’ll find a pictorial view of a number of famous members of the order including Presidents, Sports Personalities, Military and Actors here.
We encourage you to watch this video for a brief overview of the caring and support throughout the organization.
